MEASURMENT METHOD
APPLICATION
-STEP 1: Wash hands and dry completely. Buff your natural nails using the finer side of the nail file (included).
-STEP 2: Push back cuticles, then select the best fitting nail for each finger and set aside in order.
-STEP 3: Apply glue/sticky tabs (included) to the back of your NeonNyx Nail.
-STEP 4: Place your NeonNyx Nail slightly under your cuticle for a seamless, natural look. Press down firmly for 30+ seconds using your thumb. Ensure the entire nail is covered and receiving pressure.
-STEP 5: If needed, use more glue and pressure to avoid air pockets.
HOW TO REMOVE & REAPPLY
-STEP 1: Never force or pull off.
-STEP 2: Soak your hands in hot water mixed with soap and a little bit of cooking oil for 10-20 minutes.
-STEP 3: Use your cuticle stick (included) to gently lift off your NeonNyx Nail from the base of your nails.
-STEP 4: Remove the remaining adhesive from your NeonNyx Nail and store them back to the acrylic case.
To reapply, simply follow the steps above and done!

Shipping Policy
Domestic shipping (Canada): 2 – 7 business days
International shipping: 2 – 3 weeks (estimated dates will be shown in checkout based on your delivery location)
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order. please note delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed. Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with shipping date confirmation and tracking information. The shipping times provided are to be used as a guide, NeonNyx cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or other possible delays.
All domestic orders are shipped, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We cannot ship packages to P.O. boxes.
International Customs and Duty Fee
As we are unable to advise the exact amount of custom and duty fees, buyers are responsible for all customer and duty fees that may occur to the order once it has reached the destination
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns? Due to sanitary purposes, items are non-refundable or exchangeable. We encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase.
Defects? We're glad to make this situation right. Please email neonnyxnails@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package.

- THE ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED IT.
- IT SHOULD BE UNUSED, WITH ALL TOOL KIT ITEMS
- THE ITEM MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.
REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE RETURNED PACKAGE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ITEMS RETURNED TO US WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
