MEASURMENT METHOD
APPLICATION
-STEP 1: Wash hands and dry completely. Buff your natural nails using the finer side of the nail file (included).
-STEP 2: Push back cuticles, then select the best fitting nail for each finger and set aside in order.
-STEP 3: Apply glue/sticky tabs (included) to the back of your NeonNyx Nail.
-STEP 4: Place your NeonNyx Nail slightly under your cuticle for a seamless, natural look. Press down firmly for 30+ seconds using your thumb. Ensure the entire nail is covered and receiving pressure.
-STEP 5: If needed, use more glue and pressure to avoid air pockets.
HOW TO REMOVE & REAPPLY
-STEP 1: Never force or pull off.
-STEP 2: Soak your hands in hot water mixed with soap and a little bit of cooking oil for 10-20 minutes.
-STEP 3: Use your cuticle stick (included) to gently lift off your NeonNyx Nail from the base of your nails.
-STEP 4: Remove the remaining adhesive from your NeonNyx Nail and store them back to the acrylic case.
To reapply, simply follow the steps above and done!

Shipping Policy
Domestic shipping (Canada): 2 – 7 business days
International shipping: 2 – 3 weeks (estimated dates will be shown in checkout based on your delivery location)
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order. please note delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed. Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with shipping date confirmation and tracking information. The shipping times provided are to be used as a guide, NeonNyx cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or other possible delays.
All domestic orders are shipped, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We cannot ship packages to P.O. boxes.
International Customs and Duty Fee
As we are unable to advise the exact amount of custom and duty fees, buyers are responsible for all customer and duty fees that may occur to the order once it has reached the destination
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns? Due to sanitary purposes, items are non-refundable or exchangeable. We encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase.
Defects? We're glad to make this situation right. Please email neonnyxnails@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package.

The design and the length are wonderful, there is one downfall to this review and that is we are not given 20-30 extra nails for just-in-case purposes. You only receive 10 nails, a nail file, one alcohol prep pad, and 1 bottle of glue. Unfortunately, the thumbnails do not fit my nails so this set I will not be able to wear.
I love the gold drip design on the nails.The pink of the nail itself is a little meh (on a white person after a winter - think PALE - likely will look much better with a summer tan or on someone with darker skin), and my nail curvature is flatter than these were made for, so it took a bit of fitting to get it to sit right, but overall a nice product. Great packaging - a good box to hold the nails and another small bag for the tools.
