MEASURMENT METHOD
APPLICATION
-STEP 1: Wash hands and dry completely. Buff your natural nails using the finer side of the nail file (included).
-STEP 2: Push back cuticles, then select the best fitting nail for each finger and set aside in order.
-STEP 3: Apply glue/sticky tabs (included) to the back of your NeonNyx Nail.
-STEP 4: Place your NeonNyx Nail slightly under your cuticle for a seamless, natural look. Press down firmly for 30+ seconds using your thumb. Ensure the entire nail is covered and receiving pressure.
-STEP 5: If needed, use more glue and pressure to avoid air pockets.
HOW TO REMOVE & REAPPLY
-STEP 1: Never force or pull off.
-STEP 2: Soak your hands in hot water mixed with soap and a little bit of cooking oil for 10-20 minutes.
-STEP 3: Use your cuticle stick (included) to gently lift off your NeonNyx Nail from the base of your nails.
-STEP 4: Remove the remaining adhesive from your NeonNyx Nail and store them back to the acrylic case.
To reapply, simply follow the steps above and done!

Domestic shipping (Canada): 2 – 7 business days
International shipping: 2 – 3 weeks (estimated dates will be shown in checkout based on your delivery location)
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order. please note delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed. Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with shipping date confirmation and tracking information. The shipping times provided are to be used as a guide, NeonNyx cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or other possible delays.
All domestic orders are shipped, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We cannot ship packages to P.O. boxes.
International Customs and Duty Fee
As we are unable to advise the exact amount of custom and duty fees, buyers are responsible for all customer and duty fees that may occur to the order once it has reached the destination
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns? Due to sanitary purposes, items are non-refundable or exchangeable. We encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase.
Defects? We're glad to make this situation right. Please email neonnyxnails@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package.

These press on nails are well made and looks stunningly beautiful. The nails are well packaged and delivered in great condition. The nails come with a small bottle of glue, prep pad and a file. Only 10 nails are included. Wish there were few more extras.
These are great press ons.The have a nice and even shape and have a nice durability to them.These were the perfect size for me since I have very small nail bed almost child like.Just don鈥檛 forget to prep the natural nail and the under nail of the press ons for them to stay on longer.And they are just a tad longer then what you would expect.10/10 would recommend to a friend
These press ons are very artsy and unique but unfortunately run extremely small. I requested the medium size and they were too narrow for "my" medium size nail beds...
The two things that would make this set perfect are 1. The ring finger was a size bigger, and 2. The nails weren鈥檛 dull/rounded at the edgesHowever, from my experience doing other peoples nails, usually the index and ring finger are the same size so it might just be me. And some people like it when the nails are around it out so
Whelp, not gonna lie here, I guess I totally messed up on the sizing because these are definitely too small and too curved for me to wear. Too bad I didn't realize it until after my order shipped, but it is what it is. So pay close attention to that sizing chart, or you'll be sad like me.The nails are gorgeous, for real. I can tell a lot of work and care went into these, and the overall quality is amazing. These nails are built to last. Everything comes beautifully and professionally presented, too. I guarantee if you get your sizing right you won't be disappointed with these.
